As a responsible user of Artificial Intelligence, transparency is important to us.

Restrictions on use

Fluxr does not provide data to third parties for the purpose of training public or third party models.

Fluxr does not use artificial intelligence for any purpose defined as "unnacceptable risk" under the EU AI Act.

Where AI is used for purposes defined as "high risk" under the EU AI Act, Fluxr mitigates risk through appropriate safeguards such as requiring a "human in the loop".

Platform use of Artificial Intelligence

Fluxr uses Artificial Intelligence tools and techniques to process some data points supplied by Survey Subjects and Survey Managers.

This data is pseudonymised or, where possible, anonymised prior to being provided to any AI tools.

Video and audio processing

Fluxr uses artificial intelligence solutions to transcribe and analyse video and audio information provided to the Fluxr platform.

Artificial intelligence tools are provided with audio and video files uploaded by survey subjects and survey managers for the following purposes:

  • Transcription
  • Sentiment analysis
  • Key phrase and topic extraction
  • Response scoring

Information provided to AI tools for these purposes include the subject's voice and images of their likeness.

Written text processing

Fluxr uses artificial intelligence solutions to analyse and interpret information provided to the Fluxr platform.

Artificial intelligence tools are provided with text-based answers to survey questions by survey subjects and survey managers for the following purposes:

  • Sentiment analysis
  • Key phrase and topic extraction
  • Response scoring

Summaries

Fluxr uses artificial intelligence to produce written summaries of surveys, trends and suggestions.

These features use generative artificial intelligence.

Data residency

Data provided to artificial intelligence tools remains at all times within the UK and/or the European Union.

Further details are available on request and are covered by data processing agreements in place with clients.

Use of data for training

Data provided to AI tools may be used in the training of models for Fluxr and the calculation of aggregated benchmarking data for use by the Fluxr platform and will not be shared with third parties for the training of public or third party models.
